Coach Dave Smith, USA Cycling & Triathlon certified coach, has graciously gifted Guardian Gals, Inc. with 5K Making Change Training Schedule, 10k Making Change Training Schedule, and Half Marathon Making Change Training Schedule, that detail his recommended schedule of running, rest, and cross-training days that can guide beginning runners to “go the distance” and finish strong.  Coach Dave specializes in training  beginner-to-advanced level, multi-sport athletes and conducts consultations regarding all facets of athletic training and race-related needs.
